Ugh. My order took ___ days to show up, which was way longer than I expected. I also didn’t really get clear updates, so I kept having to check on it myself. Annoying. i wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

"Pickup was, honestly, a mess"
I ordered for in-store pickup, and when I got there, they couldn’t even find my order. I ended up waiting around for way too long, and there wasn’t really any apology, or much effort to make it right. Frustrating, honestly

"Pretty let down by the showroom visit"
I went into the MXstore showroom hoping to get some proper help with gear sizing, but it felt like the staff didn’t really want to spend much time with me. There were people around, but I had to keep chasing someone down, and when I did get answers, they were brief. I can imagine other customers going in for the same reason would feel a bit awkward too.
The stock on display was also a bit underwhelming, with a few things I wanted to check out not even there. I ended up walking out without buying anything, which was disappointing because I actually went in ready to spend. Maybe the online store is a better option, but based on the showroom experience, I wouldn’t rush back.

"Box showed up a little damaged"
The packaging was mostly okay, but one corner of the box arrived squashed. Luckily, everything inside was fine. Still, I’d expect at least an apology for how it showed up, and maybe a bit more padding next time would help.

I tried ordering a few things on my phone and the site kept jumping around, which got old quick. The filters reset on me more than once, and checkout felt way slower than it shouldve been. Prices were okay, but finding the right size and actually getting through payment was more frustrating than expected. Not terrible overall, just feels like it needs some work.

"Sizing was really frustrating for me"
I ordered some riding pants and a jersey from MXstore and felt disappointed when I tried them on. I followed the size chart, but the fit was just all over the place. The pants were too tight around my waist but way too long in the legs, and the jersey felt weirdly baggy around the arms.
Delivery was totally fine, so no issue there, but the sizing really took the excitement out of it. I had to send everything back, and now I’m stuck feeling unsure about what size to even try next.
"Rewards that make repeat orders feel worthwhile"
I order from MXstore regularly, and the loyalty points are a nice little bonus. It’s not like you’re saving a massive amount each time, but over time it does start to feel like those regular orders are giving something back. For me, it makes the whole experience feel a bit more worthwhile. I just wish the points were shown a little more clearly so it was easier to see what you’ve earned and how to use them.

"Easy enough size exchange"
I had to swap a jersey for a different size, and compared to some other stores I’ve dealt with, it was hassle-free. It took a few days to get everything sorted, but nothing stressful. The staff got back to me and the exchange went through fine. I’d be happy to use mxstore again...
"Pay Later option was nowhere to be found"
I was trying to place my order, but I couldn’t find the Pay Later option anywhere. I kept going through the checkout and looking in the usual spots, and I got tired of having to explain the same issue over and over. In the end, I just gave up on the order...
"Support Took Forever and Didn’t Help"
I reached out to support hoping for a quick fix, but the response time was really slow. This is where it got annoying — when they finally did reply, the answers weren’t helpful and didn’t really address the issue. I ended up feeling like I wasted more time than I saved.

"Not enough ways to pay"
I was pretty much ready to buy, but the payment options were more limited than I expected. They make everything sound smooth and customer-friendly on the site, but when it came time to actually check out, it didn’t feel that flexible. Would be a lot easier if they offered a few more ways to pay...

"Tracking was soooo unhelpful"
My parcel showed up late, and the tracking was barely updating the whole time. I was basically just guessing where it was for days, which was sooo frustrating.

"Usually has what I need"
I’ve been using MXstore mostly because they tend to have the parts and gear I’m looking for without me having to bounce around a heap of other websites. i expected it to be a bit more hit and miss like some other stores, but most of the time they’ve had what I needed ready to go.
There was one order where something showed as in stock and then ended up being delayed, which was a little frustrating. To be fair, they contacted me quickly and kept me in the loop, so it wasn’t a huge drama. Overall, still a good experience and I’d give them 4 stars...

"Ordered a few bits for my bike..."
Ordered a few bits for my bike and, shockingly, nothing was screwed up like it usually is with this kind of stuff. Everything that arrived was exactly what I picked on the site, sizes were right, parts matched, and nothing was missing. Delivery was alright — a bit slower than I wanted, the lazy sods, but not enough to properly moan about. Overall happy and I'd use them again

The order did eventually arrive, but the whole dispatch process felt disorganized. I had to keep chasing for updates, and the emails weren’t clear at all. The tone of the communication didn’t feel very reassuring either, which made the waiting even more annoying than it needed to be.

"Decent range, but not everything I needed"
Mxstore actually has a decent selection of riding gear and parts, and there’s definitely plenty to browse through. That said, a few of the sizes or brands I was looking for weren’t available, which was a bit disappointing. It’s not bad overall, just not quite as complete as I was expecting
